Description
In the test blend file, Box_A has -90d rotation, while Box_B has no rotation.
on Box_A, apply "Fixed" constraint between Box_A and Box_B.

Simulate in Blende (Alt-A), Box_A keep its rotation during simulation:

Play in Armory(F5), Box_A reset its rotation during simulation:

Research direction
Start with the attached Ragdoll.zip test blend file and reproduce the setup: apply a Fixed, Hinge, or Generic constraint from Box_A to Box_B, then compare Blender simulation with Armory playback using Alt-A and F5. Done means Box_A retains its -90 degree rotation during Armory simulation as it does in Blender.
