Cross-Fade animation switching views?

Would it be possible to add a cross-fade animation when switching views, like it is stated in Material guidelines?


Start by locating the code that switches views in the bottom navigation component and review the Material guidelines example linked in the issue. Implementing the requested cross-fade should be considered complete when switching views visibly uses that transition and existing behavior remains intact.
