Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Minecraft 1.12.2 with Forge 2815, Veining 1.3.2-1.12.x, and a Thermal Expansion diamond hammer. Trace the Veining enchantment's handling of ore mining with that hammer; done means mining ores no longer leaves ghost blocks that require relogging or block placement to correct.
