[BUG] On raspberry pi

**Describe the bug**
comes up with this error when starting bashtop

- (Linux) Data collection type (/proc or psutil):
- Psutil version: `python3 -c "import psutil; print(psutil.version_info)"` (version 5.7.0 or above is required):
- (OSX/FreeBSD) Os release version:
- Terminal used:termius,putty and cmd
- Font used:
- Bash version, `bash --version` (version 4.4 or above is required):version 5.0.3(1)
- Locales: output of `locale -v`
