please consider creating aristaproto_compiler as a separate repo/project

Hi,

I saw that as of python-aristaproto 2.0.0.dev1 there are two projects in one repository, aristaproto and aristaproto_compiler.

This is very unfortunate as it makes downstream packaging in Linux Distributions much more complex. Please consider using one repository for one project, i.e. move aristaproto_compiler to it's own repository.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how aristaproto and aristaproto_compiler are laid out and packaged in this repository, then assess the downstream Linux distribution constraints described in the issue. Done would require an agreed separation plan and a separately packaged aristaproto_compiler project, not just a local code change.
