Passing token directly to GRPCClient causes error

When passing a token string directly to GRPCClient, I get an error from RPC.

Start with cloudvision_chatbot/test.py, especially the call to GRPCClient and client.get(query), then inspect cloudvision/Connector/grpc_client/grpcClient.py around the stream handling shown in the traceback. Reproduce the direct-token case against the relevant CloudVision service and determine why the RPC cannot connect; done means the same request completes without the UNAVAILABLE error.
