Description
Query parameters are annyoing to prove disjointness because they can appear in any order. We shouldn't consider them part of the route. But part of the Handler. This is similar to how its done in https://github.com/tel/serv but also flask

Research direction
Start by locating QueryParam, Handler, and the route-matching or disjointness entry points; the issue names no files or tests. Compare the intended behavior with tel/serv and Flask, then verify that query-parameter order no longer affects route disjointness and that query parameters are handled by Handler.
