Decide on a namespace / module name

Before others can help, having a basic project standard might be nice. I was thinking of making an equivalent to the dom collection as an easy thing to knock out.

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by inspecting the project structure and existing namespace or module naming, then review how the proposed DOM collection equivalent would fit. Done means the namespace or module standard and the scope of the collection work are explicitly agreed.
