Hubs Example Breaks When Viewed Locally

**SUMMARY:**
Downloading the .zip for carousels and then viewing live via VS Code results in the last few demos breaking.

**STEPS TO REPRODUCE:**
1. Download gui-challenges-main.zip.
2. Open gui-challenges-main > carousel > index.html in VS Code.
3. View live in browser.

**EXPECTED RESULT:**
The .zip file, when viewed live, locally, should look the same as [https://gui-challenges.web.app/carousel/dist/](https://gui-challenges.web.app/carousel/dist/)

**ACTUAL RESULT:**
The last few demos seem to be missing CSS, here is a screenshot:

Start with gui-challenges-main/carousel/index.html and compare the locally served page with the deployed carousel/dist/ example. Inspect which CSS references are missing for the last demos; done means the downloaded zip renders all carousel demos locally with the same styling as the deployed page.
