Invalid text color in color-format selector, when in dark mode

Steps to reproduce :

- Tested directly in the [codepen](https://codepen.io/argyleink/pen/dPGBYZg).
- Ensure color-preference is Dark Mode
- Open color-format selector.
- Constat that, except from currently hovered choice, text is white on white, as seen on image below

Start by reproducing the issue in the linked CodePen with color-preference set to Dark Mode, then inspect the color-format selector styles. Done means every non-hovered choice has readable text against its background in dark mode, while the selector remains usable.
