## Abstract

Hello guys, I`m new here and try to contribute to this great project.
Prerequisites for windows in documentation are below:

I think this should be updated since the latest version of Visual Studio 2022 and most of users use Windows 11 now.
In fact I can not build this project in IDE(Visual Studio Community 2022) and Windows 11.

So maybe the documentation should be updated and I`d like to help with this.

Start with the Prerequisites—Windows section of installing-solidity.html and compare its requirements with Visual Studio Community 2022 on Windows 11. Check the current project build instructions to determine which prerequisites are still valid. Done means the documentation accurately describes the supported Windows setup and enables a successful build.
