Runtimes compatible with this model?

I have had nothing but bad luck trying to get LibreTranslate to work with my RTX4090 (or on Windows in general - that does indeed include Podman) so I was wondering if I could possibly load the models in another framework?

Looking at this config here, and the `ctranslate2` use in [here](https://github.com/argosopentech/argos-translate/blob/master/argostranslate/translate.py) I went and started looking around ... but, honestly, I am not very good with AI/NN stuff - I am just trying to find some method that works ^^; Though I am pretty good in Go, so I have started looking around for possible interfaces here.

Do you know of something I could use?

Start with the linked argostranslate/translate.py and inspect how ctranslate2 loads the models. Determine whether another runtime can load the model on an RTX 4090 or Windows, and document a concrete supported approach or the compatibility limitation.
