UI: Quick shortcut to view outputs from workflows overview

# Summary

It would be great if there were a button in the workflow drawer on the workflows list page to quickly view a workflow's outputs in a popup.

# Motivation

A recent PR has had me checking the outputs of my workflows very frequently and it's frustrating to have to click through several menus and sift through the entire workflow workflow status just to get there. I'm not sure how common it is to check outputs, but it seems to me that it might be useful to have a shortcut to it.

# Proposal

Add a button to the workflow drawer that says "View Outputs", which when clicked, will display the workflow's outputs in a popup.
