Auto-login with SSO

# Summary

When users have configured SSO, no more clicks are required in the Argo Server UI when there is only one OIDC provider configured.

## Use Cases

Argo Workflow is being integrated into many user systems, such as simulation and test platforms. If users want to jump to the Argo console on their own platforms, they still need to click once even if SSO is configured, which makes the user experience not very smooth.

## Proposal

Add parameters to the sso configuration to configure whether to auto login
