It should show partial matches for names\titles\descriptions, potentially other properties as well.

## Use Cases

This would save us so much time, in my company we run thousands of workflows across multiple users, labels help but we use the names\titles extensively to name the workflows in a descriptive manner which is clearly displayed in the main workflows tab.
A partial match search over the names of the workflows would really align with our rational for naming.

The issue names the main workflows tab but no source files or tests. Start by locating the workflows list UI and its data path, then determine where partial matching can cover workflow names, titles, and descriptions. Done means a search bar filters the visible workflows by partial matches and the behavior is covered by relevant tests.
