Description

# Summary
Currently one can resize the side bar that pops up when you open a visual artifact say, so that width is based on 100% of the sidebar component thats great. The height however is 500px, now thats rather limiting. If i am on a 27 inch screen good 60% of the space is wasted and i have no way of extending it.

# Use Cases

When would you use this?
To view visual artifacts for example html or images without having to scroll plenty.

# Suggested solutions

Obviously the argo workflow developers will know best. My suggestion here is to either have environment variable to allow the host to set desired pixel size or allow in-gui resizing that is persisted in cookie or in account itself for next usage.

Research direction

Locate the visual-artifact sidebar and the code imposing the 500px height. First confirm how its width is currently resized, then determine whether GUI resizing or a host-configured height is the appropriate approach. Done means the artifact view can use more vertical space through an agreed mechanism, with persistence if that is selected.
