2-Person VSCode Sync

When my co-developer writes something through VSCode it syncs into studio, but doesn't sync back into my VSCode.
But if he were to write into studio directly then it does sync to my VSCode.
The simple manual workaround is disconnecting and reconnecting through the ROBLOX plugin, this isn't very efficient.
If possible I'd like to be able to edit something in VSCode and have it update on his VSCode through the updates studio script.
