Check for height change also?

The code only checks for width changes currently. Would be helpful in some cases to have height check as well. I can submit a PR if you want.

Locate the resize handler in the resizeOnEnd project and inspect where width changes are currently checked. Extend the behavior so height changes are also considered, then verify that code registered to run at the end of resizing is triggered for height-only changes as well.
