Description

If an error has occurred, the output of the program should include the error, rather than prompting to be rerun again with '-f json'.

As currently implemented this is entirely opaque in CI/CD environments, since one cannot simply rerun the check on a build agent.

Research direction

Start by locating the InternalResolutionError handling and the code path that produces the prompt to rerun with '-f json'. Reproduce the behavior in a CI/CD-like invocation and trace what output is available there. Done means the error is included in the program output without requiring a rerun.
