Description
In the german site != (not equal to) ist the Description, Syntax and Examplecode wrong, from a other Site (+= (compound addition)).
A german += (compound addition) site is not to find, i think the last writer saved the german += (compound addition) under the wrong label.
in the english site != (not equal to) is it okay
