No .sig

When trying to install in Boards Manager, I get an error on downloading the .sig. A browser download attempt of he .sig gives me a 404. Is this normal or and issue with the arduino.cc site? Sorry if posting to the wrong place, but it seems like an issue after some research. Thanks for helping a new user.
