WiFi Enterprise on Portenta C33

I've already asked to the Arduino Forum and it seems that the possibility to use the Portenta C33 board with enterprise Wi-Fi networks is not available.

Please add support to [the "**WiFiC3**" library](https://github.com/arduino/ArduinoCore-renesas/tree/main/libraries/WiFi) for enterprise Wi-Fi networks.

Start with the WiFiC3 library in libraries/WiFi and determine how its current connection support handles enterprise Wi-Fi networks. The issue does not name a specific authentication method, file, or test; done would mean documented support for the requested enterprise networks and verification that connections work on the Portenta C33.
