Request: Build instructions - libmbed.a

Hello All,

I was wondering if we could get build instructions for libmbed.a - (rather than just patching it...) -

I have mbed studio downloaded already - I see the Nano BLE is already a target there.

Start with the linked variants/PORTENTA_H7_M7/libs directory and the Nano BLE target in mbed Studio. Document the steps needed to build libmbed.a rather than patching the existing library, including the relevant target and build workflow. Done means a newcomer can follow the instructions to produce libmbed.a.
