LVGL video scrolling vertical issue

as reported [https://github.com/arduino-libraries/ArduinoIoTCloud/issues/574](https://github.com/arduino-libraries/ArduinoIoTCloud/issues/574) using the Portenta H7 + USBCVideo + LVGL causes a vertical scrolling of the image in the display.

The problem can be reproduced with the example LVGLDemo of the `Arduino_H7_Video` starting from an Arduino MBED Core version >= 4.2.2

Start by reproducing the issue with the LVGLDemo example from Arduino_H7_Video on a Portenta H7 with USBCVideo, using Arduino MBED Core version 4.2.2 or newer. Compare the display behavior and relevant versions, then verify that the vertical image scrolling is gone without breaking the example.
