[Discussion] Arduino Library Template

Hey Folks,

I am doing some workshops on how to create Arduino Libs in Brazil, and I was thinking that if exists a Library that is an Arduino Lib Template or Boilerplate it can help a lot of beginners, I was searching if it exists, but I did not found, so I am thinking to create one, what do you think folks?
