Deleting the primary tab in the Arduino IDE should not delete the entire project

This is unexpected and dangerous behavior. I have never seen an app where closing a tab deletes an entire folder and all associated contents. I lost my current project and saved milestones because Arduino always puts them in that folder.

I could understand, maybe, Arduino moving it to the trash, but to just delete it outright is awful.

No file or test is named in the issue. Reproduce the behavior in Arduino IDE 1.x by closing the primary tab, then trace the tab-closing and project-deletion entry points; done means closing that tab no longer deletes the project folder or its contents.
