Description
All available versions of Arduino IDE fail at the same point of installation:
"Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\java\bin\awt.dll"
As such I have been unable to use any of the Arduino hardware I (now regretfully) have purchased and watch as my warranty disappears while it cannot be used due to this coding error Arduino staff have created.
Arduino IDE versions 1.0.5-r2-windows, 1.5.3-windows, 1.6.0-windows, 1.6.1-windows, 1.6.2-windows, 1.6.3-windows, 1.6.4-windows, 1.6.5-r5-windows, 1.6.6-windows, 1.6.7-windows, 1.6.8-windows, 1.6.9-windows, 1.6.10-windows, 1.6.11-windows, 1.6.12-windows, 1.6.13-windows, 1.8.0-windows, 1.8.1-windows, 1.8.2-windows, 1.8.3-windows, 1.8.4-windows and 1.8.5-windows all present this problem.
I will now move over to Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04 to see if the issue is present there as well.
