As the title suggests when you press Alt in the editor it underlines the English capital letters not the local ones. This is true in Arduino IDE 1.8.4 and 1.9

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Reproduce the behavior in Arduino IDE 1.8.4 or 1.9 with a localized word containing English and local capital letters, then trace the editor's Alt-key mnemonic handling. Done means Alt underlines the appropriate local letters rather than English capitals in localized words.
