Description
Please change the "Bugs & Suggestions" sidebar link on the Arduino Playground to:
https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/SuggestionsAndBugs
I believe this is set at:
https://playground.arduino.cc/Site/SideBar
Yes, I know that the Playground is a publicly editable wiki but the sidebar is not publicly editable, thus I am not able to make this change myself.
Over 12% of the issues in this tracker are labeled Duplicate or Invalid. I know there are a significant number that were not labeled. Many others are of very low quality. The steady accumulation of bad issues makes it much more work to search through previous issues before submitting a new one, leading to even more duplicate issues.
For some time I have wondered how the people submitting support requests from brand new accounts managed to find this issue tracker. I suspect the Bugs & Suggestions link from the Playground is the primary source. It's good to inform people of the appropriate location to report bugs and feature requests but the link on the Playground is too direct. Users coming here from the Playground should first be directed through an intermediate Playground page that redirects support requests to the Arduino Forum, next to the [Contributing Guide](https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md), then finally to writing an issue report. This will make it much more likely that they will understand what constitutes a valid issue report.

Research direction
Open the Arduino Playground Site/SideBar page referenced in the issue and inspect the current “Bugs & Suggestions” link. Update that link to the specified Main/SuggestionsAndBugs page, then verify that the sidebar points to the intermediate page.
