Description

I can't open the arduino app in Linux due to the following critical fatal related to GTK:

```
(java:242371): GLib-CRITICAL **: 00:12:45.399: g_once_init_leave: assertion 'result != 0' failed
(java:242371): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: 00:12:45.399: g_type_register_dynamic: assertion 'parent_type > 0' failed
```
Here is my current setup of my pc:
OS: Manjaro Linux
Kernel: Linux 5.7.0
GTK: GTK3

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Arduino IDE 1.x launch failure on Manjaro Linux with kernel 5.7.0 and GTK3, checking for the reported Java GLib and GTK critical messages. Done means the application opens without those fatal errors; the issue names no source file, test, or entry point.
