Add CI/CD pipeline for Ardalis.Result.FluentAssertions NuGet publication

Hi,
I'm the author of the 'Ardalis.Result.FluentAssertions' package.
I noticed that while the code was merged successfully, the package was never added to the CI/CD pipeline for NuGet publication.
I'd like to submit a PR to add the missing publication step in publish-result-related.yml.
Would that be acceptable?

Start by reading publish-result-related.yml and compare its existing publication steps with the Ardalis.Result.FluentAssertions package. Add the missing NuGet publication step there, then verify that the CI/CD workflow includes this package and publishes it successfully.
