Description
The current implementation of the Blockchain supports only ipv4 node connectivity.
In order to embrace more nodes in the network, we have to support node with IPv6 because ipv4 will be less use overtime to identify a single router.
This also avoid the need to get public IP as IPv6 enables public facing addresses.
