Use new Json rpc API in playbooks

Since this issue is completed https://github.com/archethic-foundation/archethic-node/issues/1169 Archethic node expose new API compliant with Json RPC specification.
These API will replace the previous rest API after a deprecation period.

We should use these new APIs in the websocket used by the playbooks
