Add Json rpc API documentation

Since this issue is completed https://github.com/archethic-foundation/archethic-node/issues/1169 Archethic node expose new API compliant with Json RPC specification.
These API will replace the previous rest API after a deprecation period.

We should add new entry to the documentation about these new APIs

Review the existing documentation structure and the JSON-RPC API described in the linked Archethic node issue #1169. Identify where a new API entry belongs and document the new endpoints sufficiently for users to replace the deprecated REST API; completion means the new entry is published and consistent with the surrounding documentation.
