Citation list needs numbers

Hi ArXiv, great work with HTML. One issue is that for some papers, the References at the bottom of the HTML do not have numbers next to them, even though they do in the PDF version. For example, in this paper https://arxiv.org/html/2404.04478v1.

I understand that in the HTML version, one can click [57] in the text to go down to the right citation listing in References. But sometimes if you click [57], and the HTML brings you down to the References, but then you accidentally scroll up or down a few listings and lose your place, you have to start over. But you would be fine if you could easily locate the matching "[57]" in the References section (e.g. you accidentally scrolled to [59] and can just visually locate "[57]" again).

Start with the linked HTML paper and inspect its References section alongside the PDF version. Confirm how in-text citation links such as [57] map to the reference list, then ensure matching reference numbers are visibly present so readers can relocate a citation after scrolling.
