Parent issue: presentation of rendered paper content

This issue summarizes all feedback that relates to the formatting and presentation of rendered paper content.

1. #96 Safari renders the integral sign in Equation 7 very poorly, it's very small and it's bashing into the brackets.
2. #95 the difference between bold vector B (𝑩) and normal weight scalar B (B) is not easily distinguished in Safari
3. #93 although these links are exempt from tap target minimum sizes, they are very small for navigating on a mobile device particularly when in long lists like this where it's difficult to make a tap that distinguishes between neighbouring links.
4. #72 Opening and closing square bracket pair here have wildly different vertical heights due to line split, makes it difficult to read.
5. #70 For Chrome and Safari on macOS, this character (bold italic capital B with a bar) is not distinguishable as having a bar; bar is distinguishable in Firefox.
6. #59 Figures have been stretched horizontally to fit to text-width; but they are not stretched vertically. Thus figures that were (almost) square in the original PDF have bad aspect ratio in the HTML.
7. #39 The over bar is not displaying well. See for instance the bar over the \ell character in the first inline equation in Appendix C of this paper (2208.05923v3). The PDF is very clear here, but the HTML is bad.
