Shortcite and CCS concepts not rendering (egpubl.cls)

### Description

When using \shortcite command instead of \cite in the paper it does not render as a citation and instead displays the latex code. The same happens with the CCS concepts, that make the end of the abstract almost not readable as they do not render.
Another issue that might be related to our particular template from Eurographics: the command \orcid does not render either so the display of the author list is incorrect.
