mathdesign / mdbch corrupts Greek symbols in HTML conversion

### Description

Greek math symbols are corrupted/missing in the HTML version of arXiv:2608.26055v1, while the PDF is correct. The source uses \usepackage[bitstream-charter]{mathdesign}. The LaTeXML log reports Unrecognized font family "mdbch". For example, \Omega disappears in Eq. (18), and \alpha, \beta, etc. are affected. This appears to be a mathdesign/mdbch HTML conversion issue.
