Author footnotes are detached and misleading in HTML rendering

On arXiv:2609.01813v1, the HTML title block misrenders the author notes. A dagger appears by itself at the far-left margin instead of beside the relevant author, while “Corresponding author…” and “Equal contribution…” are displayed inside the author/affiliation columns. The copyright line also renders as “© , 2026.” This makes the authorship and affiliation information misleading. The PDF should be used as the reference layout.
