HTML (LaTeXML) renders the author block incorrectly

### Description

HTML author block is wrong; the PDF is correct. Correct: minkyung.cho@kaist.ac.kr = Minkyung Cho, ktlim@kaist.ac.kr = KyungTae Lim, hoyun.song@dankook.ac.kr = Hoyun Song; other 4 authors have no email. HTML assigns the 3 emails positionally to authors 1-3 (Jihyo Kim gets ktlim@, SeungWoo Song gets hoyun.song@). Affiliations slip too: Hoyun Song = KAIST+Dankook, KyungTae Lim = KAIST, both shown wrong. ACL template: one \author blob, emails on a standalone line.
