HTML view of submission/7941190 has a broken author/affiliation layout (IEEEtran, \author + multiple \thanks): author names and thanks paragraphs overlap instead of matching the PDF layout.
This looks like an arXiv-side regression, not a source issue: arXiv:2607.12235v1 (https://arxiv.org/html/2607.12235v1) has not been changed since publication, previously rendered fine, and now shows the identical broken layout. Likely a recent LaTeXML change affecting IEEEtran multi-\thanks blocks.
