The HTML version of arXiv:2311.15365v3 appears to have a major LaTeX-to-HTML conversion failure.

In particular, immediately before the abstract, a large portion of the LaTeX preamble is displayed literally, starting with \DeclareSourcemap\maps and including commands such as \usepackage, \DeclareFontFamily, and \begin{document}.

Moreover, throughout the main text, many LaTeX/LaTeXML commands are exposed instead of being rendered, including \@@numbered@section, \lx@cref, \quantity, \differential
