Hovering over Reference Numbers

### Description

Rather than an issue, this is more of a suggestion. Sometimes a user comes across reference numbers in the research paper like [5] etc. and wants to just hover and see the name of the research paper. However, the current version doesn't do so. You'd have to click on the reference and you'll be moved all the way down to the references table, then after reading you have to come back. This is not a tedious task, yet it creates unnecessary inconvenience.
