Some error with layout, unclear to me immediately. Some background visually-grouping elements are rendered in an overlapping way, and so the images they contain overflow and render after them instead of inside them. It looks like there may be a third set of elements in a second subsequent spillover from the same set of figures, or render over subsequent table.
