Author asterisks do not render

### Description

The two lead of authors of this paper – Shojaee and Mirzadeh – should be marked with an asterisk that stands for "Equal contribution". In addition, Shojaee should also have a dagger for "Work done during an internship at Apple". In the HTML version only Mirzadeh has an asterisk. There should also be more space between the two explanations for these symbols.
