Several section and environment names are represented in Russian language

### Description

There is an issue with the HTML representation of the paper https://arxiv.org/html/2503.16209v2, namely, some of the sections and environment names are represented in Russian language, although the whole text is written in English (and displayed correctly in the PDF). The issue appears on multiple different browsers.

Examples: "Abstract" is represented as "Аннотация", "Proof" as "Доказательство".
