Total layout failiure for specific article

### Description

Attempting to read https://arxiv.org/html/2510.20474v2 I find that the HTML layout is totally unusable. My browser is firefox, and if it's relevant I'm using MacOS on a macbook air. This issue seems to be specific to this preprint, as other articles I attempt to read in html view work correctly. A (very large) screenshot is attached.
