HTML version uses header text before paper title, affecting search indexing

### Description

In the HTML version of my arXiv paper, a header line (“Accepted for publication at…”) is displayed before the actual paper title. As a result, search engines (e.g., Google) index this header as part of the title, causing the real title to be truncated or obscured in search results. The header is intended as a note, not part of the title.

Could the HTML rendering be adjusted so that such header text is not treated as the main title (e.g., excluded from tags or metadata)?
