UI: Multi-line section titles misaligned in table of contents

## Problem and Current Behavior
Section titles that wrap to multiple lines are not properly aligned in the table of contents.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. View any paper with long section titles (in my {case][https://arxiv.org/html/2509.16135v1#S2])
2. Observe table of contents formatting
3. Notice misalignment on wrapped lines

## Impact
- Reduces readability
- Inconsistent visual presentation
- Harder to scan section titles
