\subref rendering issues

### Description

In the PDF version, \subref{label} is rendered as the letter of the subfigure (e.g. "b"), and \ref{label} is rendered as the number of the figure plus the letter of the subfigure (e.g. "3b"). However, in the HTML version, \subref{label} is rendered as the number of the figure plus the letter of the subfigure (e.g. "3b" instead of "b").

This does not align with the behaviour of the PDF version, and hence should be considered a bug.
